Kingfisher Airlines
Not giving what promised

Hi,

I booked a ticket from kolkata to bangalore for 29 th jan, a couple of months back from kingfisher airlines.

When i booked my ticket they said that they would give me complimentary food on board, but now they are saying that they would not give them.

I booked my ticket owing to the fact that i would get free snacks, otherwise i would have gone to some other airlines.

The thing is while booking they promise good deals, but when the time comes to give they reject it.

I would be thankful if you could do something about this.
