My Self Shelly gupta would like to lodge a complaint against Kingfisher airline or its ground staff at Bangalore international airport, specially the lady manager who was there at the counter for afternoon shift.
I was suppose to travel to delhi on 24th may'12 PNR for the same is - BNHGCD & tkt no. - 0902450215887. which i booked through expedia.co.in.
my flight was at 8.45 p.m. & i reached airport at 8 p.m. due to heavy traffic at roads, due to which i was not allowed to board the flight, inspite of saying that i dont have any check-in luggage. but still the staff was not at all helpful & they simply denied. adding to the astonishment, another passenger who came at 8.15 p.m. was allowed to board the flight, by giving me an excuse that he did a web check in, i still agreed to it but how can any airline accept check in luggage for the same??? but huge luggage was accepted for this passenger. i again requested the staff that as you have again opened the gate pls allow me also for the same as i have urgent work at delhi but still they refused.
I had to reach delhi urgently as on 25th May'12 i had an UK Visa interview @ 10 a.m.. I had no other option but to book ticket again from indigo for rs 9300/- for morning flight at 6.00a.m. due to which i had to stay at airport for the whole night & faced a lot of inconvenience.
Now i want a refund for the same tkt which was for Rs - 8500/- or they need to offer me a credit note for the same for that i can reuse this tkt amount later in any further booking.
Pls help me with the same as it is very hard earned money which i cannot waste like this.
