I booked an airline ticket in kingfisher for the date 9th Jan. Ticket cost Rs.4004/-...due to personal reasons I decided to travel the next day (10th of jan) and tried to cancel the ticket. But since I found an option for rescheduling, I thought it will save time as I don't have to cancel and book once again. The ticket rate was Rs.2074/- for the next day. I thought they will take the rescheduling fee only and give me back the remaining amount. Person in the customer care did not tell me that this is not going to happen!!.They took Rs.500/- as rescheduling fee and did not give me the money back..in effect I payed Rs.4004 500 for the ticket that costs just Rs.2074..Even now the same ticket costs Rs3600/- only as per kingfisher website... THis means if I had canceled and re-booked it would be just 2074 500!!!..Because of this prank I lost around 2000Rs now... When I called the customer are they told nothing can be done from their side..what can I do? where can I complain?.please help me..
