I booked flight from Nagpur to Mumbai scheduled on 12/09 through IRCTC having AIRLINE PNR: MVZNKV and IRCTC PNR: B6XNHS. I received message from Kingfisher Airlines prior to couple of days of schedule that said flight is cancelled without mentioning any reason for such cancellation. I contacted concered of said airlines on tollfree number. He offered me morning flight which I refused. He then informed me that I will be entitled for full refund and further informed me that he has made endprsement to that effect in his records. However he advised me to cancell ticket through IRCTC. I thought that I will get refund automatically as flight was cancelled and waited for some days expecting credit of amount in my credit card a/c. As nothing happned, I sent mail to IRCTC to cancel said ticket and refund of amt on 24/09. They are insisting for refund process from Kingfisher. I tried to make griveance to Kingfisher but unable to contact. As such they are duty bound to refund amount of their own as they have cancelled flight without asigning any reason and furhter that I have refused altrnate flight. Please forward my complaint to Kingfisher airlines and/or do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation
