Delay in Refund from kingfisher airlines

I had cancelled my ticket bearing PNR number: GCDUIH on the 5th of august. i have yet not received a refund in my account and there has been only one response from web bookings department of the kingfisher airlines giving me a transaction id (201008053032307) and asking me to contact the respective bank (Punjab National Bank). I have contacted my bank and the response was that there has been no transaction in my account on the 5th of August.
