I had a valid confirmed ticket to travel from goa to Mumbai on Kingfisher airlines on 11/02, however when I reached the airport well in advance the kingfisher staff at the check in counter told me that no seats are available. I had confimed the ticket on the 30th of January and also on the 10th of January that is one day before the departure. I had onward flight to London the same day. How can Kingfisher staff especially one girl called Sahena tell me with a straight face to travel on the next day or provide her proof that it is important to reach to my destination London. Who do they think they are. I never encountered such careless, bossy and stupid staff in my many many years of air travel.
