I had tried purchasing King Miles on 17-Aug, through King Club website but due to some technical error I was unable to do and therefore I was charged for the same 3 times from my SBI debit Card for Rs. 16500/- (16500 x 3 = Rs. 49500/-). I called customer support team more than 10 times in the past 3 months but every time they promised me that Refund will be credited in your bank. However nothing has been done so far.

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter with Kingfisher Airlines and take necessary steps asap.
