I booked a ticket with Kingfisher Airlines for 29th Feb. I called the call center on 25th Feb for cancelling the ticket..I called the call center number for almost one hour. Executive named Deepa handled the call and after half an hour, she dropped it intentionally. Again another executive picked the call and took one hour in the name of processing the cancellation request and she informed that ticket was cancelled. But till now ticket is not cancelled after 3 days also. What a poor service by KINGFISHER AIRLINES people. Today (28th Feb) again i called the Call center number 1800 200 9000 and 1 860 266 9000. But these numbers are not working now.
