No refund of travel tickets received

We got our round trip travel tickets cancelled from Kingfisher airlines from Lucknow to Mumbai and vice versa... where as its been 3 months now and yet not received refund of cancellation, though it was refudable tickets ..

continous follow ups have been done with kingfisher airlines but no result.
