Kingfisher and make my trip
Not got refund for my ticket

Sir/mam

i am SHILPA KHANDELWAL i had booked ticket by Make My Trip from Bangalore to Indore via Mumbai (for date 12th august). The flight to Mumbai was delay because of which i can't take my flight to Indore.

I had talk to kingfisher regarding this before and i have been told that i will get full refund for this. But Make My Trip is telling that kingfisher has only refund me Rs.936/-

And when i had taik to kingfisher travel agent help desk and they told me that i had been refunded Rs.2655/- .

Now make my trip is asking me for an endorsement copy (with seal and singed) for my refund. Without it they are not providing me my refund.

So please provide me a endorsement copy and mail it to me so that i can provide it to them and can claim my refund.
