Perpetual 11th hour delay of the flight

To whomsoever it may concern

Hi,

I am Divya Bhatia from Pune and have asevere complaint against the airline Kingfisher Red.

I had booked the same flight in January to travel from Pune-Bangalore-Pune and ahd a family function to attend and ahd to travel back at the earliset back to my work.

Got a call from the customer care of Kingfisher Red that the flight has been delayed by 3hours and no other alternative was provided.

Even after spending all the money I could not attend the function.

I faced the same situation today. Had booked a Kingfisher Red flightI IT3415 From Bangalore to Pune (12th April'10) which was to fly at 1700hrs today and then it got rescheduled to 1820 and now to 1920. Im still not too sure if The flight will deaprt at 1920hrs.

The Custome care representatives are extremely non cooperative and are not ready to give any alternatives, thus ledaing to in convenience.

I have only one line to say that it Kingfisher Red SUCKS!!! UNRELIABLE AIRLINE!!!

Horrible flight with horrendous services.

Will never fly Kingfisher Red again.

My appeal is JUSTICE!!!
