Late supply of LPG

I am getting supply og LPG from Ajitha gas agency, No 21, North Thirumalai nagar, Villivakkam, chennai-600049, Mob: 90031 76171, Tel: 044 26177544

I have registered for refill gas on 29.07.10. As per the rule I should get upply at least within 15 days. When I enquired they said they have sent the gas on 13.08.10. But the supply has not come up to 17. 08.10. I made enquiry several times, but they say " we have sent the gas. I f you have not got it what we can do? " I hope there is some malpractice. This agency always delay supply as compared with other agencies.
