LPG GAS, INDANE, ANAND GAS AGENCY
POOR SERVICE

Dear sir,

This is to register a complaint against Anand Gas Agency, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi. I am really frustrated as I am unable to get replacement of cylinders on time. This is happening every month. Also the response from the gas agency is very poor and they simply ignore our requests several times. Most of the time, we feel that they are not customer service oriented. In spite of calling them for several times, I am still unable to get cylinder. Please find below the details.
