My father-in-law, 70 years old, was about to travel by mumbai mail at 10:30 PM from chennai central to manthralayam road yesterday (12/08). He was waiting for the train to come. A man aged 45 years (approx), posing as a co-passenger approached him to cofirm about the platform. As the train arrived at the platform, he offered help to board the train. Suddenly he vanished with the bag of my father-in-law. Debit cards of ICICI bank, and SBI were kept inside the bag. A hearing aid costing 15000/- was also there. Concerned authorities may please take steps to nab the thief. My contact number and e-mail Id is as given below.
