I booked a packet from Satna for Gurgaon vide packet no. 19256880 on 8-Mar. They took the packet and promised that it would be delivered within 2 days. It came to Gurgaon and Gurgaon people sent it back without even contacting the recipient saying that "No coverage in the area"
If this was the case, then why these people took the packet at Satna without enquiring about coverage status.
These people are real SHIT people and their services are totally useless. They are very rude in behaviour and it is suggested that this company should be banned from providing courier services.
