I have purchased a Scorpio vehicle from N.B.S. from factory showroom at chopatty on 6/08 and till date have not recieved a proper R.C. card. After purchase of vehicle 2 months later i recieved an R.C. card with incorrect details. Reference i.e. the car was EURO 4 and the RC card was showing EURO 3.The Customer Care department Reffered me to Mr. Sailesh in charge of R.T.O. paperwork. He claimed that it was the R.T.O. mistake. Even after refiling my papers for a new RC card and much telephonic correspondance it took 4 months to receive a new RC card with New errors. Due to improper documentation i cannot use my car for out station runs. I need the vehicle for outstation bussiness trips which underdetermines the sole purpose of my buying the car and increases my expenditure tremendously. Till date Mr. Shailesh has made false promises saying it wil take another 10-15 days. Neither is the customer care or Mr.shailesh ready to help me solve a problem which they have created.
