Non Refund of Cancelled Ticket

I am LANGTUK KRO booked one flight ticket vide Make My Trip ID no FLT000016179928 from MUMBAI to KOLKATA on 27th May for the departure date on 28th May in JETLITE FLIGHT No S-2 703. That I cancelled the ticket vide reference no BB051209. but till now I am not receiving the refund amount. So, I request you to refund me the said amount at an early date.
