My name is Michael Osei Bailey. I booked a flight from Koh Samui, Thailand to Goa with makemytrip.com and I was supposed to change flights in Bangkok and Mumbai to arrive in Goa with Thai Airways, Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airways on the 22nd April. The booking i.d is FLTINT10008617007 and the PNR number is 3YAAVZ. When I got to Bangkok I was asked to pay for my excess baggage which came to 7, 900THB after I paid 1, 200THB on the Thai airways flight. I also didn't apply for an Indian visa because I thought that they would put a visa stamp in my British passport when I arrive in India. Therefore I couldn't complete the journey. My ticket is refundable but I am wondering if I can change the dates for me to travel when I get the visa at no extra cost with Jet airways and Kingfisher airways. The whole trip cost me just over 22, 000 THB but there was no specification that it was an open ticket. Is it possible that I have the right to redeem the flights at a later date?
