Non Receipt of Refund

I had booked my tickets for Mumbai - Ahmedabad route on 29th June and cancelled the same on 3rd July due to certain personal reasons.

I have not received the refund of Rs.1722/- till date. Everytime i call the customer care, the executive replies saying it will be refunded in couple of working days. I can conclude that the service is pathetic and i advice that no one should go for the services of Make My Trip.
