I booked two flights, one onward and one return journey air tickets from MUMBAI to TRIVANDRUM and one in return on 23rd Dec. The flights are on 7th Sept & 12th Sept. But now when i am trying to cancel, the booking details are unavailable on the site. I have repeatedly called the Customer Care, but no proper action was taken.
