This is to inform all the readers that AIR SAHARA is the most crappy airline. Yes!!! believe me, every word that is used over here is true. The reason is as follows
My sis had to fly to chennai by AIR BE-SAHARA, this morning. In similarity to a million cases, this one was also, cancelled. Now here comes the best part, she was asked to pay for, the over and above, charges for the alternative reservation, of only Rs 1400, as explained to her by the ever so servile, helpful, supportive, caring, courteous ground staff members of AIR BE-SAHARA (sarcasm at its best).
The ground staff that were present at that time were experts in hiding there shamelessness by presenting a broad, fake smile whenever my sister approached them.
I hope if any of the air sahara people, with some sense of care for customer, is reading this complaint then please do something or else quit the company.
