POOR SERVICE AND HARASHMENT

Hi,

I have a maruti 800 car. I was planning to go Punjab so I opted to get my car service before leaving. I paid Rs. 5, 621/- for servicing and other parts on 28.05.2012 to Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd., Plot no. 1-A, 19/6 Mile Stone, Main Mathura Road vide receipt no. RCP12002671. While returning from my visit my car got stuck in Panipat and I have to toe it back to Faridabad which cost me Rs. 3, 500/- I again sent my car to Vipul Motors to see what is wrong and now they are asking me to pay 7, 700/- as they say that fuel pump is not working properly and the parts are of Rs. 7, 700/-

Now i think why i went to authorised Maruti service station for service as my car was running in good condition. Only a precaution casting me a huge amount. Is this the way to handle a customer? If there was any problem why should thay not inform me early, this is ridicules and mantle harassment from a reputed automobile company.
