I have booked a RITZ VXi car (silky silver) from Machino Techno, Cal, on2nd. September. On this regard if u let me know the possible time of delivery, just dial on that showroom the call recipient had given me MR. BASAB DUTTA (NETWORK MANAGER. PHONE NO.03330487746.dt. 16.09.2010) and request me to talk with him. When I called that guy 1st time disconnectd my line after saying hello, 2nd time he said in rough tone and ordered me to hold on, over my phone I heard the guy discussed Mahindra Car and payment about himself, after 3.49 mints I still hold on and no little attention was given on my favour. I then disconnected my line. Please check your call list (16.09.2010) to proof my words.
I have been astonished and shocked. As a reputed teacher of GOVT.SCHOOL I just want to know what he thinks about himself. This is my first car and my whole family dream about this car.
Please inform me that whether this is the system of CUSTOMER DEALING OF MARUTI COMPANY!!!
Please take necessary steps for good customer service; also let me know the tentative date of delivery my dream car.
