Respected Sir,

I had purchased Ritz Ldi last year on 19 november. Since the very first day We are facing problems 1) door knob cable was not connected so door could be locked.

2) defective Clutch/ Pressure plates, we made several verbal complains for ker-ker sound on turning off the engine, but the advisors at spectra motors mumbai use to just say "this is normal sound it comes in all vehicles." Then we made complain to senoir incharge and the problem was not detected till two days on the third day they found out that clutch / pressure plate housing was making that sound and they corrected it.by replacing the Clutch/pressure plates and flywheel... 3) The Ac compressor bearing is making the sound the advisors know that but they just say that when you run the car the sound goes off but at signals when the car stops the sound starts and it is increasing day by day. 4) since last seven months I was making complains about sound from the right front tyre, we made several complains for that and the service advisors said that suspension and engine foundation and every other nut bolts have been tightened, but still that sound was still present. Next service we again made the same complain but in vain and after that on service while trial the right side front tyre axle came out on its own that time we fired them that since past six or seven we were making complains u did not care to check the axle and luckily this incident happened during the trial in the premises of spectra motors and mr. Davendra Singh Kohli was the witness present. We have always driven and owned the Maruti Suzuki Cars but never in my life had such a bad experince and this was dreadfull danger to our lives. My car runs daily 90 kilometers from borivalli to charni road and back. What if this had happened on road, Who would be responsible. 5) Within the fourth month the car shows rusting on inside of doors. 5) within one year my car has completed 27000 kms so does that mean that suspension and other foundation becomes very loose we made complains they say your car has completed nearly thirty thousand kms so it wears and tears this sound will remain. I have always mentained my car and kept it in brand new condition only. I am sorry to say that what service we use get from maruti service centre's is by gone with time... I am thoroughly dissapointed with the ritz Ldi. As I got the defective car. We made complains to Varsha Patil of Maruti Udyog Mumbai Head Office regarding the same above. My dad is a senior citizen and he also drives but with experience of current vehicle he ignores taking it as if it might breaks down on the way then what to do.

I have always owned a Maruti since last 25 years, and was always Happy with it I Have given suggestion to many people for maruti is the best and converted them to your clients. But Today I am sorry to say After Sales Service is not at all upto date. I want my Car To be replaced by new one as I have been facing problems from the very first day onwards and many othe mfg defects...
