Harrasment for service of vehicle

Dear Sir,

1 I am complaining about poor service, harassment and delay in service of my car regn no HP-10 2878, Zen estillo by Goel Motors Shimla.

2 Car was taken to service station on 07th Jan for noise from engine. After normal servicing I was informed that crank has to be changed which will be ordered from company and may take upto week and i can use my vehicle till then without any problem.

3 on 13th jan 11, i was told to bring car to service station as required spares have arrived. I deposited my vehicle on 14th jan. from 14th jan till date neither vehicle has been delivered nor any satisfactory response given. The employees have been giving one or other excuse like vehicle engine opened, under road check up and so on.

4 Request help and take up appropriate action against company/agency for harassment.
