Recently I got one of my cars MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ZDI- DL-7CH 3878 repaired/serviced (WITH EXHORBITANT CHARGES) at one of your authorised service centre, "MAJIC AUTO LIMITED", A-93. MAYAPURI INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE II, NEW DELHI - 110064 on 9.1.2011. I have experienced the following problems:
1. Majic Auto charges exhorbitantly high but with very poor service
2 MY ABOVE CAR WAS NOT AT ALL CLEANED AND WAS DELIVERED IN A
VERY DIRTY CONDITION
3. THE ENGINE OIL WAS CHARGED BUT NOT CHANGED IN THE CAR
(IT WAS FOUND ON INSPECTION DONE NEXT DAY) THIS IS PURELY
CHEATING THE CUSTOMER
4. The seat covers of the car were not cleaned rather were found dirty
5. SOME PAINT MARKS HAVE BEEN PUT ON MY CAR IN THE WORKSHOP
6. SOME SCRATCH MARKS HAVE BEEN PUT ON MY CAR BY THE
CARELESS STAFF
I HAVE CONVEYED THE ABOVE PROBLEMS TO THE COMPANY'S EXECUTIVE WHO CONTACTED ME FOR FEED-BACK AFTER ONE WEEK OF TAKING THE CAR DELIEVERY AND HAVE ALSO FILLED UP THE FEED-BACK FORM AND SENT TO THE ABOVE WORKSHOP. BUT I AM AFRAID WHETHER THEY WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED TECHNICIAN/SUPERVISOR/SERVICE ADVISOR FOR NOT DELIVERING THE DESIRED SERVICE INSPITE OF EXHORBITANT CHARGES TAKEN FROM ME.
CAN MARUTI SUZUKI MANAGEMENT LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT AND GET THE ENGINE OIL REPLACED FREE OF COST AND GET THE OTHER THINGS DONE FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND FURTHER TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION WITH A CONFIRMATION TO ME.
