SUB-Poor service Regarding problem in horn of new maruti swift vdi.
REF - Vide Engine no-D13A1181183, C.N-MA3FKB1S000406008 & REG.NO-OR02AW3678.
Sir,
I have purches swift vdi new car from sky automobile, cuttack, orissa on 13.02.09.The vechile is ok but after one month i found the horn is not working then isend the vechile to sky automobile work shop & they repaired it then it is ok. But after 20days again it is not working. Further i send it to worrkshop & they repaired it and said it is ok. BUT after one month the same problem occured. Then i go to JYOTI MOTERS, Bhubaneswar which is nearer to my residence & thair icomplain they chang the horn set. Again after 45days same problem occured. I go to jyoti moters & asked them why same problem is gooingon becauce it is very much difficult to run the car without horn. They said swift vdi horn problem is from maruti company & they suggest me to change the wiring set. But now it is not available in work shop, we order to company it tooks some time. BUT after 3month it is not available in the work shop.
I think the Maruti company such abig company but how they iresible for this matter.
I am allready fedup of this kind of services still your people are not able to rectify the problem.
Kindly let me know how much time it will take to rectify.
