I had booked maruti swift Vdi white14th March at Hira Automobile LTD
Village Bhadak, Rajpura Patiala Road Rajpura (Punjab) 01762244881, Car Booking amount is Rs 5000/-Receipt Number 3454 dated 14-03
The time of booking, He Told me that the vehicle will be deliver within 3 to 4 months i.e near about 14th July
In between i have received a call from maruti regional office from Chandigarh for re-confirmation of booked car convert into in New Model then i said i have not problem with new model but the please confirm me the exact date of Delivery period, she said it will take 1 month more.
I called the dealer and some concerned person on the call answered me that vehicle will be available in Last of Oct. I told her that they said they will deliver the car in 3 to 4 months and All members started making excuses that due to the demand, the car is not available.
As one of my friend booked the same car at Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh after 3 weeks from me and he got his car on committed time by the dealer.
Also if i want to the status of My car from maruti all person have single answer is its depend on dealer please contact to your dealer. Can Maruti explain me we are customer of Maruti or Dealer.
If i would be known that this can take such a long time and harassment too, Now i am stuck in between, don't know what to do!!
