Dear sir

i am ur customer since 1995 i have changed four vehicals frm 1995 now i have wagnor duo nd shift on 13/08 i have gone to take my vechical wagnor for accidental cliam nd service on 23/08 i have remaind them that i will come on sunday means 29/08 to take t vechicals nd they asure me that vehical is completed but when i reached there my vehical is not completed. i reached there at 11am nd they told me i will give vehical at 2.30pm due to some paintwork.when i reached at 3pm nd gone to trail i found my vehical have same problem in gas operating systam nd i came to know my front left axel is changed nd when i came back t gas worker told me i have no time till now nd i have purchased vehical on jan nd in september my front left axel changed in gaurantee . but they does't find t defect why it is changed in so little time either it was company defect or axel defect given to me in first change this i have complined to their manager mr tiwari he told me next time when u will come we will open nd see it. sir i am liveing in lalitpur 100km frm jhansi nd how it is possible to go next day for it.nd sir they have charged me for washing nd when im picking it it was dirty nd so when i have complained they have washed second time i got vehical at 6pm and in between i have gone to tata jmk workshop with my friend xeta i saw there service by seeing that i will never willing to take maruti vehical becoz ofthis kind of service.nd sir iwant to know the problem of axel of it is manufacturing defect or what
