Flight cancelled ticket refund not given

I had booked 2 tickets online with PNR Nos: 0M0IKX and 0M0IL0 on 19 Sept for travelling from Delhi to Jamshedpur on 18th Dec. In November, I received a message on my mobile that the tickets were cancelled. All attempts to contact the various MDLR airlines telephone numbers failed and also the mails failed to be delivered.

The credit card used for the purchase was later refunded only for the ticket PNR No: 0M0IL0 (Rs 5779) whereas the refund against the ticket PNR No: 0M0IKX (Rs 9558) has not been credited till date. This is extremely disappointing and amounts to daylight robbery.

Please help in getting the refund.
