Dead Batteries under warranty

Hi

I purchased two MINDA Batteries (in a span of 3 months) about a year ago

Both the battereis went dead in 6 months, The distributor surrendered to service the

battery saying he no more deals with batteries as the product has huge complaint.

After much persuation with company officials and threat tpo go to the consumer court the

guys replaced the batteries after 6 months which was a cheaper model than what i purchased

However looking at the time frame they took for service, no spare battery to work with and my neccesity i accepted the same. Exactly after 6 month again the battery has gone dead.

Now i really think i should go to consumer forum to seek justice. I have been using other batteries as stop gap which is doing fine with my vehicle even the electrical systems got checked and its working fine
