Mymaruti car insuranace renewal due on 21.4.2010.we have informed one month before and given chq dt 21.4.9 for this .but i recd policy today 18.5.10 after many complainta th our banker indian overseas bank strand road branch kolkata.earlier yr reprentative promised i recd policy by 15.5.10 th email .but there are no excuse for delay .i incurred about rsrs 13000 for taxi fare and mental agonies extra for not taking my car out side in absence of any covernote policy and any insurance documents .kindly tell me who is responsible for this.my name is -shailjanand jha.my emailid [email protected]
