Actually, this site is fooling the complainants. One gains nothing; lodging a complaint. Neither MRF nor anyone else cares even to post a reply. MRF keeps advertising in TV and other media. Your advertising is of no use. No one is going to buy MRF tyres any more.
Last evening, I narrated my experience of tyre burst to one of my doctor friends, who immediately added that MRF tyres are notorious for it and substantiated the same with the bad experience of one of our common doctor friends, whose Chevrolet Aveo U-VA car is fitted with MRF tyres. My friend appreciated my decision to go in for Michelin tyres.
MRF is very rich and Kandathil family (also related to me through several people) loses nothing by supplying very poor quality tyres. I lost lot of money by buying a Hyundai Verna CRDI VGT car fitted with MRF tyres.
The fact that Mr. Manu Krishnan, technical service engineer, MRF did not bother to inspect my prematurely worn out/bursted tyres, covering a warranty of six years;clearly depicts the poor service of MRF company.
So, all those who read this;dissuade your kith and kin from buying MRF tyres.
