I had purchased 5 tyres from amar tyres at patiala. all the five tyres got bursted from same place. where as the dealer had exchanged three tyres he has refused tu exchange other two stating all tyres cannot be changed. My issue is is it my fault if company has manufactured defective tyres, I either need my complete money back or the tyres have to be replaced. my tyres are in gurantee period there is no puncture in it. According to dealer he cannot exchange as tyres are used, are MRF tyre people idiots Tyres are always purchased to use and not to decorate homes. Even after paying 3000 above the market price to dealer i am suffering my trucks is standing and i am suffering loss to the tune of rs 5000 per day from last 10 days if my tyres are exchanged immediately i am going to claim entire loss from MRF.
