Hero honda glamour bike's centre lock not replaced

Sir,

my bike REGN. NO: DL9SAD7139 Purchasing date 31 Aug Model GLAMOUR, E.NO.JAD6EEAGH04759 I conduct M/s K.S. Automobiles for repairing / replacement of my bike on 13.7.2011 but till date the above service provider not replaced above lock.

The lock was not functioning well since purchase of bike. However, mechanics had viewed that this will be functioning well after use of bike. But after some time when this could not correct, I submitted my point to M/s Jaglane during first service. Notwithstanding, they say the same with promise to replace the lock, if same was not functioning after some more use of bike. The same thing I again submitted during second service and they again said the same.

i) When the problem still persists, I reiterated my problem and M/s Jaglane advised me to go to M/S K.S.Automobile the authorized dealer of Hero Honda for replacement of lock.

ii) I visited M/S K.S.Automobile on 13/7, they checked the bike thoroughly and advised to replace it either from where the bike purchased or from M/S Jaglane. Then I again visited M/S Jaglane. On this, M/S Jaglane has contacted M/s K.S.Automobile over phone and again advised me to go to M/s K.S.Automobile as replacement will be done there.

iii) I visited M/s K.S.Automobile the same day and informed me that they placed the order and it would be replaced within a week.

iv) I contacted M/S K.S.Automobile on 23/7, they said that it would take another one month.

v) I have not satisfied his reply and I lodged a complaint on customer care on 24/7. Afterthat one Mr. Neeraj of M/S K.S.Automobile contacted me and promised to replace it as early as possible. Till then I keep contacting M/S K.S.Automobile.

vi) On August 4, Mr. Neeraj contacted me to come with the bike for replacement of lock.

vii) I visited M/S K.S.Automobile with bike on August 5. Mr. Neeraj has advised me to leave bike as it will take some time and collect the vehicle in the evening. When I reached in the same day evening Mr. Neeraj has informed that the lock is not support the bike. On this I enquired why you have not checked it earlier and wasting my time. He refused to replace the lock on pretext that lock’s inner portion broken.

Above is the evident how a customer is harassed by the workers of the dealers and they are dealing purely on whimsical manner. I prey to the authority of Hero Honda to please intervene in the matter and direct concerned dealer to replace my bike’s lock at the earliest please.
