Ude and foul behaviour of taxi drive

My mother and I took a cab from crawford market in the evening and the cab driver after making us sit in the cab and putting the meter down suddenly asked us to get out of the cab... when we refused he just started yelling at us and used foul language... then he just got out of the cab and refused to get back in till we didnt vacate his cab... the number is MH 01 J 3587... hope some action is taken against him...
