Refund of Fare

I am enclosing herewith my claim for refund of fare dated 20/12. But till today, I received no reply from NF Railway. Please intervene the matter for early solution.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Claim For Refund Of Fare—PNR # 644-8451572

I am submitting the application for refund of fare alongwith a Xerox copy of my ticket, w/l no.1 by 5603 Intercity Express in AC2 tier of 16th Dec., ’10.

That sir, since I was suffering from severe abdomen pain on the day of journey, I could not make my journey by unreserved ticket. Hence I have surrendered my ORIGIONAL TICKET before the Station Master at New Tinsukia station on 17th Dec., ’10. and collectrd the Ticket Deposit Receipt, which is enclosed herewith.

I therefore request you to refund the fare at your earliest conveyance.

Hope you will do the needful and meanwhile extremely sorry for the inconveyance caused for the same.
