Dear sir usually i travel through etihat airline for cyprus india. first time one girl Navjot kaur i arranged her work visa a bought ticket for new delhi to laranaka cyprus with aeroflot. it ws 4T&DDQ. flight no. SU237 on 21-02. she was stopped bcoz the ticket agent not sent the sms for ok to board. it was one way ticket so. she informed the aeroflot cabin at the same time for refund of ticket. and they put the request. now its three months and still we not get nothing from this ticket. if we call to the office in delhi they are very unhelful and not give any satisfactory answer. sometime said we cut 40000 Rs. and rest refund sometime said only taxes will refund but until now nothing.so please let me know will the company refund us something or not. thanks
