I, P.SHAILAJA MENON had sent a packet containing RAKHI TO MY BROTHER HARISH MARATH AT THANE through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS VIDE CHALLAN NO.13012452 DT:23-07. Till date the same has not been received by him. On enquiry the Co. said it could not deliver the same and did not give any reason for it. They were very rude and would not say any more about the packet. As Rakhi is on 02-08-12 there is very little time for me to send another. I have been sending Rakhis to my brother for the last 17 years and it is emotionally very draining to note that I could not do the same this year. The "PROFESSIONAL'[NON] Co. not only failed to deliver it but were very adamant and rude in their behaviour. I hope you can bring me some justice to this.
