Dear Sir,

I had purchased Maruti-Alto on 25/10 as per Invoice No: C00313 Dated :25/10, Model LXI E3.

As I was facing problem for Left Axal, I went to Pagariya Auto's service center on 22/10.

Your representative see problem & he told us to replace part, as that part is in warranty we ask him for warranty replacement but he told us that as per record vehicle was sold in July-08, so you cant get warranty replacement.

Also we talk about same to Mr. Ganesh Wagh, he ask to meet Mr. Nirmal after that we talk to Mr Nirmal on mobile, he says we will reply you.

But Till date we didn't got any reply, so pl. Tell us what to do now?
