My self shivraj patil, i am from kameri a small villege near by islampur, dist- sangli.. sir i wanted to complaint agaist Pandit automotive, sangli... sir pandit automotive have there branch in islampur, we booked an indigo eCS LX car in islampur... and on the day of booking we paid 1 lakh rup check, they said that after booking they will order the car which may came within 10- 15 days, they from bank they got all the remained amount... on the day of delivery they just played with our emotions, they shown us one car which is in such an horrible condition, one plant from ground was grown and goes in to the engine and comes out from bonate... it means that, that car was there since almost 5-6 months, we asked abt delivery date of that car but they are not able to shown that, and lastly after 1 and half month of booking date they retuned our money saying that they dont have an other car, plz do needful if u have an any of such power, we r consumer, and now i decided to complaint in consumer court in sangli, thank you
