Non refund of flight cancellation money

Dear Sir, I had booked a Paramount Airways flight from Chennai to Coimbatore on 15th september for 2 persons. They have cancelled the flight. Till today they have not refunded the amount. None of numbers given in their websiet is reachable. No response..I am daily sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with all details including my air ticket. But no response till today. PNR No: 0M9R17. Ticket numbers : 8561002224180 & 8561002224181
