Not shows the date against unloading station on web site against booked goods

Motor cycle was booked on 07.12.2012 vide PRR no. 4510-959118 from delhi to kanpur by me kunal verma. I was looking the luggage web site of indian railway where it shows the date of delivery and other correct particulars, relying on that when i reached at kanpur station on 09.12.2012. parcel clerk said so for motor cycle not arrvive and checked the website and there too was no clue of unloding at kanpur. but when i again reached at kanpur parcel office of railway they chared rs. 280/- as damrage charges, but on website still the date of unloding station is not reflecting. kindly pay attention to avoide these consumer problem
