Holding train for a long time

Dear Sir /Madam

We are the daily passenger of Bandel - Katwa line, we avail Katwa local from Bandel at 08.10 am. The practice is after arrival of Howrah - Bardhaman local the Katwa local starts. As per time table, the arrival time of Bardhaman local is before the departure time of Katwa local. But at Bandel station the train (Katwa local) holds for a long time, some time more than than 15 min. That means until / unless Bardhaman local arrives Katwa local wil not start. For the we are facing lot of problem to maintain our schedule.
