Dear Sir / Madam,

I Mr. Rahul Bhanudas Chandanshive would like to bring to your notice the nightmare I am going through with the newly purchased Honda Unicorn bike bearing chassis number ME4KC09CK8355607 and Engine Number KC09E6363291 from your dealer Vihaan Enterprises Pvt Ltd situated at Soham Plaza, Ghodbunder Road, Chitalsar, Manpada, Thane W – 400 607 on 12th Nov.

28th Oct was the date I had booked the above said bike, which was delivered to me on 12th Nov. First of all, the staff at Vihaan Enterprises lacks coordination among each other. For instance every time I visited the showroom I was serviced by a different executive and never given a clear picture of the status of my bike / delivery. I was called to the showroom on 16th Nov to report any issues with the bike but to my surprise I was greeted by the Security guy at the gate and he tells me the showroom is closed for the day. (Diwali Holiday).

After getting the bike delivered, I realize the bike petrol tank had a painting defect; there were bubbles on it. The front disc brake and pads were defected. I brought this to the notice of the Showroom Owner Mr. Kishore Sejwani and he assures me that the defect shall be taken care of and the tank would be changed once they get another bike from the company (Honda – Gurgaon). After repeated follow ups I was called to the showroom on 24th Nov and then taken to their godown at Kalher. Again to my surprise I see the mechanic takes out a petrol tank from another brand new bike and replaces it with my bike and fits my defected tank to that brand new bike. Also my complete bike lock set was replaced with that bikes set. Does this mean your dealer will now sell that defected bike to another customer? Was my bike also treated the same in the past??? The problem has not yet been solved and this is taking at toll my on job as I have to take half days and go to your dealer to get my New bike REPAIRED……!!!

I am really surprised and shocked to see this sort of practice happening at such a renowned dealer of HONDA…….

I would appreciate if some one from the Honda Company looks into the matter and helps me in sorting this issue, as I have invested my hard earned monies in this bike. My contact details are mentioned below.
