Regarding Tatkal Ticket Booking

Indian Railway has announced many rules on blocking the agent Via ticket Booking. But it is so pathetic, that there is still no change in the same. Tatkal Railway tickets can be booked at Sastri Bhavan Post Office, Nungambalam, Chennai, But as per my experience in booking tickets there, seems like it is the place for only the agents to book tickets. I was the 14th Person in the queue, Among the first 13, 12 people are agents. Each ticket form they produce has the maximum count, also these people are covering the area of the booking place, so that other people cannot see what is happening there. Almost 20 mins, there was no movement in the queue, People behing started shouting and then they moved, In addition, they are getting calls for new bookings, and in the same spot they filled the forms and giving to the agents in the queue. When I reached the counter, it was 10:25, and all the tickets are over by that time. If it was the case for me, who was very close in the queue after the agents, what will be for the peoplw who were standing after that. There was no one to check the tickets, no verfication, and the Post office Officials are not even bothered about that. They are shouting on the people (who were shouting on the agents) to be silent. This is very pathetic situation and will be more worse in future. This situation is happening in Sastri Bhavan Post office on a daily basis. There should be some action taken to avoid this
