ENG- NO.- DHGBTA69228 AND CH- NO. - MD2DHDHZZTCA80687 On 09/Jan 10:34 am From New Delhi Railway Station through Indian Railway Parcel Office, from New Delhi to Mughal Sarai JN., the booking officer tell me that you bike will be reached in Mughal Sarai JN. with in 48 hours. But today (16/jan) when I registered the complain, my bike is not delivered, my PRR No./PWB No.- 4510960821

Sir please suggest me what can I do for this, AND PLEASE HELP ME.
