i traveled from amd to ewr on 24/10 due to bad weather ai 121 flight diverted to paris and we catch ai 192 from paris we reach at 2-50 am us time at ewr on 26/10 un fortunatly we all passenger board from amd not received our baggage at newark air india authority issued a property irregularity report . baggage tag no is (1) 589564, (2) 589566, (3) 589571, (4) 589570. my seat no is 29 ab my e tkt no is 098 4799547882

as per your web site

"If delivery of baggage is delayed beyond 24 hours when a passenger is on a visit to a foreign country and has no access to their own wardrobe, then an interim expense of GBP 50.00 or equivalent in local currency is reimbursed."

i m without clothes and medicine so pl provided my baggage urgently with intrim expense without more delay by ashvin
