on this name the ticket was booked for 8th january for flight manglore to mumbai at 12.55 departure from manglore flight IC-180 AIR INDIA and was cancelled BEFORE THE FLIGHT departure and air india call center said that the refund will come in the account within 15 working days but still no refund has come to us and when i contact the call center on 18001801407 they said to contact me to another office of airindia on 0222796666 when i called them they said this is not the number call on 02227580777 when i called them they kept me on hold for a lond time and the call got disconnect this happened twice

dont know what to do i am attaching the ticket copy
