With due respect I am sending herewith the details mail below which I send repeatedly to AirIndia for refund of Cancelled ticket (4 Passengers) which I made on Web booking of AirIndia website through SBI Net Banking. The payment I made through my SBI account Net Banking. I Send mail to AirIndia repeatedly but there is no respond from their side. Please see the below mail for Airline PNR and details of passengers which I cancelled. I request you to be kind enough to consider my letter and refund me the Money as soon as possible as I need very urgently.

I dont understand why you are not responding my mail. I had booked 3 air tickets (15 Passengers) through web booking on Airindia.co.in. I transfered Money through SBI Net Banking. Later I had cancelled 3 passengers both ways ticket and 1 passengers return ticket over your toll free number 1800 180 1407 .After repeated Email or telephonic conversation there is no respond from your end. I am very much dissatisfied in your very very poor services which I came to know this time. I want to know about the refund status of cancelled Air tickets which I had booked for 3 passengers in Air India (PNR-YPZBL) for nepal trip Name-REETA MOHANTY, PRAGALBHA TATINEE PARIJA & AYESHA PATTNAIK (PNR number -YPZBL, Web Reference-AIBE360054), Date of Journey-10th may (Kolkata) and Return journey-16th May (Kathmandu) and return journey of anaother passenger SARADAPRASAD MISHRA (PNR-YKFNL, Web Reference-AIBE376706), Date of return journey-16th May from Kathmandu to Kolkatta..I had made payment through SBI Net Banking. Please refund the money of 3 passengers (Both Ways) and return journey of 1 passenger in my Account as soon as possible. I tried many times in phone to Mumbai and Delhi office (Ph No-011-24622220, 24624074, 24624075, 01242861400, 022-22796743 but your executive gave me different/ unsatisfactory answers and hold the call for long time not trying to solve my problem. I spent lots of money in telephonic call as its STD calls from Orissa. I met officers of Airindia in Kolkatta City Office which is out of my State Orissa but they say that its not possible for us and you send mail to Air India for that. I also gave a letter regarding my issue to the officers of Air India on 10th May but still waiting for the refund till date. Wating for your early reply.
